Avatar consent

This is the written consent for the agent named in the recording email. Replying to that email is how you agree.

By replying, you agree that:

We will make an avatar and a voice from your recording of your face and voice.
Videos you approve will be posted to your own Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, with that platform's AI label.
The recording is sent to the service that creates the avatar. We do not sell it.
You own the videos. You can download them while you are a customer and after you cancel.
Canceling stops new videos and new posts. If you are paying monthly, that happens at the end of the month you paid for. It does not take down videos already posted. We do not license your avatar to other customers.
We delete the recording and the avatar within 30 days after you cancel or withdraw this consent, unless you ask us to keep them so you can start again.

You can withdraw this consent by emailing go@propfomo.com. New videos stop. Videos already posted stay up.
