Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address and name.
• Purchases: your orders, the property records delivered (by property ID), and your Stripe customer ID. Stripe processes your card. We never see or store card numbers.
• Lists you describe: the words you type, so we can count and deliver matching properties.
• Directory profiles: name, role, markets, short description, email, phone, availability, and for agents, license number and state.
• Shares: when you mark a list as shared, the name or email of the person you shared it with.
• Connected services: encrypted access tokens for Google Sheets or Follow Up Boss, if you connect them.
• Usage: pages visited and actions taken (Vercel Analytics), and a one-way hash of your IP address to limit repeated searches.

We use cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics does not use cookies.

How we use it

To run your account, take payment, build and deliver lists, show local professionals to Pros, prevent abuse, send service email such as receipts and sign-in links, and improve PropFOMO. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who can see what

• Pros see a listed professional's name, role, markets, description, email, and phone.
• Nothing else about you is shown to other users.
• If you are named as a share recipient and want that removed, email go@propfomo.com.

Property owner information

Lists contain owner names and mailing addresses from public records, supplied by RealEstateAPI. We build each file when it is delivered and do not keep owner names, addresses, or the file in our database. We keep only property IDs, so we do not sell you the same record twice.

Property owners who want their record left out of future lists can email go@propfomo.com with the mailing address on the letter they received.

Service providers

We share data only as needed to run PropFOMO: Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments), Postmark (email), Vercel (hosting and analytics), OpenAI (interprets the words of a list you describe), RealEstateAPI (property records), and Google or Follow Up Boss if you connect them. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

PropFOMO's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It only creates and writes the sheets you choose.

How long we keep it

While your account is open, and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal records. Deleting your data removes your profile, directory profile, shares, connections, and sign-in. We keep order and payment records, with your email, for accounting. Files you already downloaded stay with you.

Your choices

• Change your profile and connections in Account. Disconnect Google or Follow Up Boss there at any time.
• Manage or cancel Pro through Account.
• To delete your data, use Delete your data on Account. If you cannot sign in, email go@propfomo.com.
• California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information at the same address.

Do Not Track

PropFOMO does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Children

PropFOMO is not for anyone under 18.
