What we collect

When you email go@propfomo.com, we process your email address, message content, and thread metadata to provide off-market property research replies. If you subscribe, Stripe processes payment; PropFOMO does not store card numbers.

How we use data

We use your email and conversation history to answer your requests, enforce free and paid tier limits, send transactional replies, and maintain your opportunity shortlist on the paid dashboard. We do not sell your personal information.

Owner and property data

Paid replies may include public-record owner information (street address, owner name, mailing address, ownership context) and skip-trace contact details (phone and email when available) sourced via RealEstateAPI. Contact data requires subscriber certification of permissible use under DPPA/FCRA. PropFOMO does not store owner contact PII in Postgres after delivery; it does not provide outreach automation.

Your choices

• Use the Manage / Unsubscribe link in any ongoing email to stop service messages or manage billing through Stripe Customer Portal.
• Email STOP MY DATA or REMOVE MY INFO as the first line of a message to request data removal. We will suppress email and queue your request for review.
